locations [round 2]
FLOOR 1

The room assignments.

Going counter-clockwise:
Cafeteria and kitchen
Where meals can be prepared and eaten! The kitchen is more than adequetly stocked and there's enough space in the cafeteria to make a comfortable dining experience for everyone.
Storage
Ah yes, the storage room. Here you can find things like canned/dried goods, plus things like jumpsuits in a wide array of colours and sizes for all your murdering needs!
Restrooms
Because everyone needs to pee. Each public restroom on each floor has a single shower stall.
Incinerator
Trash happens and it's just unsanitary to leave it lying around! Once a week garbage will be gathered up, tossed into the incinerator and set on fire just as nature intended. It's also an excellent place to dispose of evidence but you didn't hear it from me.
AV Room
A room lined with rows of desks and computers with large screen television on the far wall. There are 30 of them, one for everyone. If anyone regains a movie, it would be the perfect place for a class movie night! Or to smother someone in the dark while National Treasure plays in the background.
Elevator
After a completed murder investigation, your charming and considerate headmaster will make an announcement and instruct students to come to this door. It will be locked at all times save for immediately after an investigation and before a trial.
Before a trial they will unlock and lead to a spacious room where the students can wait for everyone to assemble. Once all living students have entered the room the doors will automatically close, lock and the room will lower everyone down to the courtroom.
Monomono Machine
Come one, come all! Shove the weird coins with Monobear's face on them into this weird machine and maybe get your stuff back!
Stairs
A set of downward facing stairs blocked off by a steel gate.
Unlocked after the trial in the murder of of Vinh Tran. Miriam Tristesse was successfully found guilty by her classmates and executed.
FLOOR 2

Going counter-clockwise:
Restrooms
Everyone still needs to pee and going back upstairs is a hassle.
Information Room
Unlocked by Lysandre shortly before his punishment at Monobear's paws. A stark blank room with a metal filing cabinet. The filing cabinet contains a file with vital information on each of the 30 Hope's Peak Auxiliary Campus students, including Name, Title, Age, Height, Weight,
As if that wasn't enough, however, there are also sixteen files that don't belong to anyone this class has ever seen before. These files have the same information as the files on the class currently in session, with no indication as to whether these other students are living or dead. There's also a full class photo.(Mukuro Ikusaba, the SHSL Soldier, is also listed. Kyouko Kirigiri's Title is actually given as SHSL Detective, not ???.)
Library
Happy day, nerds! The library has been discovered and there's enough books to last a dedicated bookworm months. And unlike the movies in the AV room, these haven't been given Monobear makeovers and don't involve vaguely French people who look like they've been grown somewhere cool and damp.
Group Studying Lounge
For all your group studying needs. It's spacious enough for 30 people, with a long table, numerous chairs and a large whiteboard.
Infirmary
Miles better than a nurse's office but not quite as good as a hospital. There are two hospital-style beds, a cooler for medications in need of refridgeration, blood bags (and snacks if you're so inclined), various allergy medications and pain killers, and a few other hospital-grade items. There's an anatomy skeleton hanging in the corner.
Stairs
These lead back upstairs to floor 1. Located next to another set of downward facing stairs blocked off by a steel gate.
Unlocked after the trial in the murder of Sanae "Mr. H" Hanekoma. Saki Hanajima was successfully found guilty by her classmates and executed.

Art Room
What's your favorite idea? Mine is being creative!
If the library or lab don't strike your fancy, why not shove your hands into some clay and take out your post-trial frustrations on it. Or make a Monobear pinata and beat the stuffing out of it.
Storage Room
Supplies, motherfucker.
Only accessible from inside the art room and has no door leading into the hallway.
Science Lab
She blinded me with science
And failed me in geometry
A generalized science classroom. There are three long rows of granite counters with five sinks per row (perfect for laundry!), a large whiteboard and a strange-looking anatomical model by the wall.
FLOOR 3

Going counter-clockwise:
Restrooms
Because this isn't Urinetown.
Physics Lab
Unlike the other, more generalized classroom, this one is a bit more specialized. Most of the space in the room is also taken up by a huge, complicated machine.
Storage Room
This time it's the science room that has storage space attached to it. It smells strangely of chemicals, and holds a bunch of spare classroom materials, including some that seem pretty advanced for a high school. Then again, a Super High School Level Physicist would have no problem understanding them.
Stairs
These lead back upstairs to floor 2. Located next to another set of downward facing stairs blocked off by a steel gate.
Unlocked after the trial in the murder of Akemi Homura. Ike Rockoff was successfully found guilty by his classmates and executed.

Greenhouse A
The larger of the two greenhouses, this one has numerous fruit trees planted in rows along the walls, and a vegetable garden along the middle.
Chemistry Lab
A specialized chemistry classroom. There's some stuff in here that only a SHSL Chemist would be able to figure out. Or a grownup with a background in this stuff.
Greenhouse B
The smaller greenhouse, this one has a small path leading from the door and around the carefully-sectioned-off areas. There are some curiously colored flowers climbing the walls, but the biggest feature is the large, bulbous flower in the middle of the room that seems to have teeth.
FLOOR 4

Going counter-clockwise:
Music Room
A room that would make any music-based SHSL's heart leap with joy. It looks similar to an auditorium with a stage with a black grand piano and a few other classical instuments mixed in with guitars, brass, wind, strings, sheet music, a sussophone-
...Is that a karaoke machine?
Stairs
These lead back upstairs to floor 3. Located next to another set of downward facing stairs blocked off by a steel gate.
Unlocked after the trial in the murders of Tobias Fangor and Jay Sasser. Elfangor-Sirinial-Shamtul/Alan Fangor was successfully found guilty by his classmates and executed.
Restrooms
You'll have another set of bathrooms and you'll be grateful. Try not to kill anyone in these.
Laundry Room
Six people died so you could wash your shirt.

Archery Range
Targets, bows, arrows, archery gloves, everything one needs to reenact scene from The Hunger Games. Let those arrows fly and try not to hit each other in the eye.
Martial Arts Dojo
A room with all the comforts of a real dojo. Wooden lockers sit against the far wall. For some reason there's a cherry blossom tree blooming indoors.
This place is weird.
FLOOR 5

Going counter-clockwise:
Pool
Time to put those swimsuits and floaty donuts from the Monomono Machine to use! A 12 foot deep pool is what they will be finding. The water is clean and chlorinated and at the bottom of the pool is a giant replica of the Headmaster's adorable face rendered in tile.
Stairs
These lead back upstairs to floor 4. Located next to another set of downward facing stairs blocked off by a steel gate. If the fifth trial is successful, this gate will be unlocked and students will be allowed to descend to the sixth floor.
Restrooms
You've gone a whole case without killing someone in one of these/shoving a knife down the toilet. Good job.
Gym
A room equipped with different kinds of exercise machines. Exercise Bicycles, weight lifting equipment, treadmills. Everything needed to get blood pumping and hearts racing that doesn't require Hope popping in to scold you!

Bar
Kids are dead, break out the liquor.
Game Room
Who needs a pool or a library when there are ~*~games~*~ to be played! There are a lot of boxes of board games piled high (including a set of Dungeons and Dragons books and a game board), a table the perfect size for chess or checkers, even a large arcade game in the corner.
Surely this room won't be ruined by murder.
6th Floor
Unlocked by the execution of Cecil Palmer for the (accidental) murder of Hanbei Takenaka.

Going Counter-Clockwise:
Restrooms
You didn't kill anyone in them again! Four for you, Hope's Peak, you go Hope's Peak.
Boys Sauna
A perfect place for manly tests of manliness. Or to sweat out all that junk food you've been eating. Requires a valid male ElectroiD to enter.
Girls Sauna
Same as the boys' only for GIRLS ONLY. Because we may be co-ed but we're not that co-ed. Requires a valid female ElectroiD to enter.
Storage Room
Because making you hike up five floors for a snack would just be sadistic. Contains nonperishable but not necessarily appetizing snacks, and some bottled water.

Science Room
The Auxiliary Campus was apparently designed to be Nerd Tower, for Massive Nerds. There's even more science down here. How can I hold all this science. This room has a little bit of everything, but it seems more geared toward independent study than lecturing, unlike the room on the second floor.
Sewing Room
"Blood Orange," she's so pretentious. Shut up, it's fucking red.
7th Floor
Unlocked by the execution of Simon Petrikov for the murder of Betty Grof. The staircase is particularly long and winding this time, leading you around the outside curve of the building.
FLOOR 7

Northern Wing
ROOMS WITH A WHITE SPOT HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY UNLOCKED.
This floor works differently than the rest. The rooms on the northern side are designed to mirror the dorms above.
The rooms here are all locked, and several of the doors don't seem to have any way to get in. Some of them, though, are obviously different - those are the ones corresponding to the dead students' rooms upstairs. They're adorned with a portrait of the student, similar to those in the courtroom (in other words, greyed-out and with a pink X splashed across the student's face), and there's a keypad set into the doors, obviously requiring some sort of password to be set in.
You get five tries to work out what the password is - after that, the door will be permanently sealed off. What's in there? Well...you'll find out once you get one open, won't you?
The codes for this half of floor are solvable via IC guesswork - ping a mod in your subject line if you'd like to try, since we will be keeping track of your attempts!

Southern Wing
Second verse, same as the first - just a little bit louder and a little bit worse. This is where the stairs deposit you, and where you'll end up if you choose not to turn left and visit the northern half of the building. There are a set of four large rooms in here, doors all set with keypads.
The codes for this half of the floor have to be found/are not common IC knowledge - again, we're tracking your attempts, so ping a mod if you think you've got one!
The passcodes can be found - unfortunately, they don't seem to be anywhere around here. You can try buttonmashing, but since you only get five tries, you might want to be careful with that...or you can see if you can find the codes on your own. They have to be somewhere in this school, right?
Oh, and also? There are no stairs leading further down. Welcome to the bottom floor of the tower, kids.
OR NOT...
FLOOR 8
